Homer’s Odyssey is known as a complex pair of both personal and ethnical relationships among many character types. The main characters involved will be steady and fiercely loyal to what they believe to be correct, even when these items contradicted a few societal concepts. The loyalty the characters must show is extremely accurately shown in the romantic relationship between Telemakhos and his mother Penelope. Telemakhos shows equally admiration and loyalty toward his mother, his household and his father by publicly lamenting and confronting the intruding suitors in a open public assembly, an assembly which is not called with each other frequently and seems to be available to very important situations or situations. Telemakhos makes clear for the assembly that he would like that the suitors withdraw from his house because they are both unwanted also because proof of his father’s loss of life, even after such a good absence, is not determined.
