My own intellectual passions and passion revolve around Biology and Chemistry. My love and passion intended for science are derived from my curiosity about nature. I have always found mother nature to be fascinating since I had been a child. That childhood desire for nature have not left me nevertheless has strengthened over the years into my affinity for Biology and Chemistry. My own interest in Biology and Biochemistry has over the years grown to a passion which i now make my job by majoring in the two subjects once I sign up for Cornells College or university of Arts and Savoir.
Genetics, nutrition, environmental biology and molecular biology are the key aspects of biology that interest me. In Chemistry, We find wonderful interest in Biochemistry and biology as it is study regarding life. My personal interest in these types of aspects is essentially drawn from my life in the slums of Peru. Having been raised in the slums of Peru, I have experienced the wrong doings of residing in adverse poverty.
The individuals living in the slums of Peru have problems with food insecurity which has generated malnutrition between the children of Peru. Living in adverse lower income and the lack of access to clean water and proper sanitation has noticed the prevalence of illnesses be on the rise in Peru. The matter is further irritated by the reality the people living in the slums are deprived socioeconomically. Inside the slums of Peru, weakness, genetic diseases and attained diseases related to sanitation will be rampant.
My life in Peru fascinated me to target in Biology and Biochemistry in order to understand the human body inside the normal and diseased says, factors that predisposes human beings to disorders and ways in which such circumstances can be eliminated. The environmental facets of biology pursuits me?nternet site have always liked to conserve nature. In the slums of Peru however , environmental pollution and degradation has been rampant seeing that I was a kid. Advancing my own knowledge in Biology will assist equip myself with suggestions that are eco- friendly, especially on garbage disposal and sterilization. Advancing my knowledge upon these topics will help open my mind into a world of scientific research and exploration as I keep pace with help people who live in the slums of Peru if they are to get better living conditions.
Owing to the problem in the slums of Peru and my own profound appreciate for nature, I managed to get my objective to find an institution that would meet my own intellectual aspirations and passion. Cornells College of Arts and Sciences has long been my school of choice since it has established itself as being a center of learning and excellence. The institutions strength and academics organization, particularly in the department of Science, generally seems to meet all the requirements that can help me achieve my interest in Chemistry and Biology. I believe that within the guidance and motivation of Cornells remarkably talented and experienced academic personnel, my personal knowledge in Biology and Chemistry will be broadened and deepened.
The schools culture and value of research will help me sharpen my study skills that will assist me in addressing challenges in the overall wellness of the persons living in the slums of Peru. Getting in Cornells college can grant myself the opportunity to connect to the college research team, therefore granting me an opportunity to analyze the research performs of the university and see what recommendations would benefit the slums of Peru to free itself from the issues of foodstuff insecurity and high disease burden.
