It is not necessarily an inherent fact of state-to-state relations. Hence, constructivist theory holds it is possible to change the anarchic nature from the system of declares (Constructivism, 2009, IR Theory).
For constructivists, a theorist cannot specify power in absolute, ahistorical terms – how electrical power is identified is inherently subjective, and dependant upon the intercontinental context in the moment and region, and exactly how power is defined which has a community. Pertaining to the post-Cold War Balkans, power and national personality was in a specific state of flux, and seeking self-definition, nations resorted to old, tribal details and actions. Only by simply creating a fresh community in which nationhood and power was re-defined through the efforts with the UN was peace conceivable. Constructivism stimulates such as watch, rather than ok bye violence since inevitable, because structural realist theory advises.
