In this conventional paper I will go over my learning experiences and analyze associated with the perspective of learning hypotheses. I will assess my learning experiences regarding classical health and fitness, operant health and fitness and cognitive- social learning theory.

To begin with, I would start by describing my personal experience of finding out how to fear lizards with regards to time-honored conditioning. Since that time, I had learned to associate loud shout with lizard and hence designed a fear of lizard. Consequently , I believe I have been conditioned to fear lizards.
