Some choose the burning pot by which they assimilate to the new culture and become Americanized in order to be ahead of the video game. Some other opt for the mosaic style in which they help keep their tradition and try to squeeze into the culture without losing their particular original personality. I personally think that the mosaic model can be described as better approach to live in America.
As a small first era who transferred here some three years ago, I like to keep my personal culture and speak the languages that my family have spoken for years and years. That doesn’t mean I won’t be able to learn or speak British at all, for me it gives persons of my type an outstanding privilege to get involved in distinct kind of civilizations and be multilingual.
