INTRODUCTION: For this assignment I’m choosing, Fortis Hospital at Noida, India and Krishna Nursing home at Chitradurga, Karnataka India.

Fortis hospital at Noida, India is known as a part of Fortis healthcare group and generally focuses on orthopaedics and neurosciences. It’s a medium sized clinic with three hundred bedded features and about two hundred and fifty full time staff. Its organisational structure has low straight and excessive horizontal distribution. THE HORIZONTAL DISTRIBUTION is as follows, 1) 37 medical departments which covers different specialities.

2) Different departments just like HR, promoting, finance, anatomist and medical. 3) Interpersonal specialisation, case in point doctors. 4) Functional specialisation, example specialists and nurses. VERTICAL COMPOSITION is as follows, 1) Zonal director at the pinnacle. 2) 43 departmental minds who function under Zonal director.

(;; If we evaluate the 2 framework in relation to, 1) Central Peripheral relations: Fortis is much bigger hospital and has individual division for every department and decentralisation and semi-autonomy for every single department plus the purchaser and provider divisions are individual. Whereas Krishna Nursing House has no decentralisation and no autonomy for the departments and everything decisions will be taken by the director.

2) Links with different organisational organizations: Fortis features links and tie-ups numerous other smaller sized hospitals which will refer cases to these people and also features link ups with various insurance companies. Whereas Krishna Nursing Residence has no tie-ups with any other hospitals and works alone and caters to a small inhabitants.

3) Inside structure: Structure, as mentioned above Fortis hospital has minimal vertical but complicated horizontal division of electric power so it includes a flatter efficiency shape which helps in effective communication and decision making and has increased collaborative backlinks between different departments and divisions resulting in internal connecting and normal spans of control whereas Krishna Nursing jobs Home has vertical composition and is fully hierarchical based and there is simply no internal backlinks between departments (Merson ainsi que., al, 2006). CONCLUSION: Both these hospitals has completely different organisational structure although both are good because the targeted population for both are different.

While, Fortis targets bigger and wider range of populace and is targeted on specialised companies, hence features complex organisational structure. Whereas Krishna Breastfeeding Home suits a small inhabitants and provides simple services and so has a basic vertical hierarchical structure.
