This method is based on a curriculum design which usually assumes that in the method of living, kids experience challenges. Thus, problem solving enables the learners to become increasingly in a position to achieve finish or total creation as individuals. This method is characterized by the following opinions and morals:

What is Problem-Centered Design/Learning

This kind of problem-centered style or others phone it as Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is a student-centered pedagogy in which through the knowledge of problem fixing, students learn about a subject. Not only that, the students can also learn both thinking approaches and domain knowledge. To help the students develop flexible know-how, effective solving problems skills, selfdirected learning, effective collaboration skills and innate motivation would be the goals of Problem-Based Learning.

For the students to identify what they know already, what they will need to know, and just how and in which to access fresh information which may lead to resolution of the problem, they have to work in groups. To facilitate learning by supporting, guiding, and monitoring the learning process is the role of the instructor or also known as the tutor in PBL. This model represents a paradigm switch from classic teaching and learning idea, which is more often lecture-based. The constructs for instructing PBL are incredibly different from traditional classroom/lecture educating.

One positive thing relating to this design is that this addresses the need to promote lifelong learning through the procedure of inquiry and constructivist learning. This style is considered a constructivist because of its approach to instruction, in which emphasizing collaborative and self-directed learning and being supported by flexible teacher through scaffolding. On the other hand, this kind of design is not applicable to all educational levels and this is only best in secondary and tertiary levels. Pertaining to fundamental years are very essential, so the children at this stage must be fed very well namely the primary years of an individual.

Conclusion

The outcome of this design is one of a kind because it concerns the learner’s dealing with his/her life. This kind of design aims to let the learners or students master the art of problem solving and decision making. Each of our instructor likewise discussed to us that Technology is not only facts. An example of this fact is about the teaching of the scientific approach, in which the moment we were yet in our general and second years, we have been trained of this by our Science teachers. It is sad to note that this lessons of scientific methods are still left in the several corners of our rooms. Had been we even trained that this clinical methods can easily be applied in our daily life? Learning our real life problems, watching it and concluding of what is best to do on that problem, were our eyes available to this fact? Little performed we know that scientific methods can be applied in our life and in our decision making. Simply if we have well-known this truth, then might be this could reduce our regrets in life. Sadly, our teachers that time were not even enlightened by this recognition.

In this Problem-based learning, we can implant to our students the main learning of their total experience. The most useful of our instructing is to integrate the academic lessons into their actual life situations. In which through this kind of academic learning, we can let our college students know how to deal with lifestyle in their cultural problems, requires, interest and abilities. As future teachers, we can embrace this sort of learning on what to teach to our students. We can be more meaningful teachers if we are to know just how to implement this strategy and strategy.

I don’t include long term memory space in my case gowns why I cannot remember the detailed experiences with my past teachers and on how they dealt with this kind of problem-centered style (if there was ever). Learning also the truth that traditional lecture-based learning are unable to be avoided in our teaching. We are so much engrossed in this technique that it is hard for new educators and older teachers likewise to shift from the traditional way. But certainly, our knowledge is our greatest teacher that is why with this past activities, we can maneuver on to the more beneficial way of letting our learners learn the true meaning of learning.
