The counselor makes clear many guidelines that guide tendencies in boys’ activities. For example, first of all, the counselor should certainly state that each member is equal, no matter of gang association or additional criteria. Consequently , each member is caused by respect the other and is not allowed to call brands or show other forms of bullying patterns. The tasks are accomplished by members regardless their particular gang holding. The kids should be taught that co-operation is a better way to interact during task fulfillment that competition. These rules may be written and put in the class room, in the recreation room. Advantages are proven for those who value at least one of the rules established by the counselor; for instance they are allowed to watch TV or do their designer activity pertaining to an extra-time.

Ensure that different groups have interaction as equals. This is related to stereotyping lowering and assistance in various groups. To begin with, the counselor should raise awareness of all their differences and emphasize this is an edge and not a basis to get prejudice, discrimination and stereotyping, but for abundant intercultural exchange.
